The artist profile page is a dedicated webpage you can create for each artist in Artwin Live.
It’s an automatically generated link that acts as a digital business card for your artist, perfect for sharing with promoters or clients.
Sections of the Profile Page
Each profile page contains four sections:
- Home – profile photo, cover image, short description, and web links
- Schedule – an overview of the artist’s performances
- Biography – a full artist bio
- Contact – contact details and a booking request form
The profile page provides a shareable, professional online profile, especially useful for artists who don’t manage their own website. Promoters can view key information and submit booking requests directly through the form.
By default, the profile page is public and easily accessible, but you can disable or unpublish it if you prefer to keep it private.
Press Kit
The press kit is a simplified version of the profile page, designed for promotional use.
It allows you to upload press photos and logos that promoters can download directly, for example: For event announcements or posters.
A press kit includes:
- Profile photo
- Short description
- Web links
- Biography
- Uploaded press photos and logos
The press kit has its own shareable link and can also be downloaded as a .zip file.
By including the press kit link in your contract template, the promoter immediately gains access once the contract is signed.
Managing the Settings
To manage the settings for a profile page or press kit:
- Go to Roster in the main menu.
- Select the desired artist.
- Open the Profile tab.

Under the General section, you can:
- Change the artist’s name
- Preview the public profile
- Enable or disable public visibility
Under Profile & Press Kit, you can add or update:
- Short description
- Biography
- Profile image
- Cover image
- Press kit files
- Web links (e.g., social media)
- Blog links
All updates are instantly visible on the profile page and press kit.
Profile Page vs. Press Kit Links
- The profile page has a fixed, easy-to-find URL
artwinlive.com/artist/[TeamNumber]/[ArtistName] - The press kit has a unique, randomly generated URL
artwinlive.com/presskit/[TeamNumber]/[unique-code]
This random link makes the press kit less discoverable, helping to protect potentially sensitive data and media files.
